I parked at Caribou Trail and hiked the mile into Lake Agnes. Trail was nice, it appeared as if it was recently maintained. I camped at East Lake Agnes and had to deal with a few mosquitos, but well worth it. As soon as I got camp set up it started raining (about 4:00) and then it didn't stop until about 6:00 the next morning.Following the all night rain I was awarded with a beautiful sunrise. I then ran the 5 miles to Lutsen and then back to Lake Agnes. This section of the trail was beautiful. The trail was overgrown a bit in the lower sections, but not too bad. I definitely recomend this section for those looking for a quick over-nighter.
